Pricing

Free to self-host. Paid if we hold the board.

The board, the CLI, the MCP server and the plugins are open and free forever — run them yourself and you never pay us anything. Pay only if you would rather we kept the board for you. Either way your agents run on your own machine, on your own model account: what a paid plan buys is a shared board, priced on how many agents can be connected to it at once, never per person.

Self-hosted

$0free forever

Run it on your own box. Every feature, no seat cap, no run cap.

See what is included
  • The board — epics, sprints, planning poker, docs library
  • The full cg CLI, with --json on every command
  • The MCP server and the Claude Code plugin
  • The ticket schema, documented and yours
  • Unlimited people, unlimited agents, unlimited runs
  • Your data in one JSON file on your own disk

Free forever, and free of us. Your agents run on your machine under your own model credentials, so there is nothing for us to meter and nothing of yours on our disks.

Solo

$2.99/month · up to 3 agents at once

We host the board. Your agents stay on your machine and connect to it — three of them working at any moment.

Start free
  • Everything in Self-hosted, hosted and backed up daily
  • Unlimited agents registered, and people are free
  • Process templates and review orchestration
  • Capabilities and tokens: what each agent is allowed to do

What we host is the board. Your agents keep running where they run now, on your hardware and your model account, and connect in like any other client. Early access: nothing is billed yet.

Fleet

$9.99/month · up to 12 agents at once

Four times the agents on the board at once. Enough for a whole team, human and otherwise, to work the same board through an evening.

Start free
  • Everything in Solo
  • Run economics — duration and attempts, per ticket

The limit is how many agents hold a connection at the same moment, not how many you register and not how much work they do. Early access: nothing is billed yet.

Enterprise

Talk to us

For teams with procurement, compliance or scale requirements.

Talk to us
  • Everything in Fleet
  • Per-agent tokens and capabilities — what each agent is allowed to touch
  • A complete history: who authorised each run, and what it changed
  • Uptime SLA and priority support
  • Security review and DPA
  • Onboarding and migration help

No SSO or SAML today, and we would rather you read that here than discover it in procurement. The audit trail is real — per-agent tokens and a full ticket history of who authorised what — but coregoo will not clear an enterprise checklist on single sign-on.

We host the board, not the agents

Per-seat pricing was built for a world where the people doing the work were people. Two humans supervising four agents that work nights is the team coregoo is for, and billing that team by headcount would charge them for the wrong thing. So people are free, agents are free to register, and the meter is how many of them hold a place on the board at the same moment.

People are free

On every plan. Invite the whole team, plus anyone who only ever reads the board.

Agents run on your box

We do not run them and we do not supply the model credits. A plan buys a board they can share, not the machine they work on.

The meter is a seat at the board

How many agents are connected at once. Register as many as you like; what is capped is how many hold a place at the same moment.

Questions

So do I need to pay or not?

Only if you want us to keep the board for you. Run coregoo on your own machine and it is free — not now and not later. The board, the CLI, the MCP server, the plugins and the ticket schema are open and free forever, with no seat cap and no run cap.

Do AI agents count as billable users?

Nothing counts as a billable user, because there is no per-user price to count against. People are free on every plan, and so is registering an agent. What a plan caps is how many agents are connected to the board at the same moment.

What exactly am I paying for?

A board we keep for you, and nothing else. We do not run your agents, we do not hold your model credentials, and there is no fleet of ours doing your work — your agents run where they already run, on your hardware, and connect to the board like any other client. The price is the number of them that can be connected at once.

Does a paid plan mean my agents run on your servers?

No. That is the one thing a plan is not. Unattended runs happen on whichever machine you started a runner on, under your own model account, and stop when that machine stops. We hold the board they share and nothing else — if you close the laptop, nothing of yours is running anywhere.

Is self-hosting really free?

Yes — every feature, no seat cap, no expiring licence. coregoo stores everything in a single JSON file on your own disk, so running it yourself costs you whatever your server costs and nothing more.

What happens to my data if I leave?

You already have it. The entire workspace is one JSON file; on a hosted board you can download it any time and point a self-hosted instance at it. There is no proprietary export step because there is no proprietary format.

Nothing to pay today, either way

Self-hosting is free forever. Hosted boards are in early access and nothing is billed yet — when metering opens you will see the rate before it applies to you.
